If you feel unwell while training
Stop. If you have chest pain or pressure, are struggling to breathe, or have fainted, call 999. If you are struggling and need to talk to someone, Samaritans are there any time on 116 123.
Your account
- I have forgotten my password
- On the log-in screen, type your email and tap I have forgotten my password. We email you a code; type it into the app with a new password and you are back in.
- I was signed out
- It happens now and then, for security. Log in again — nothing you recorded on your phone is lost, and anything not yet sent goes once you are in.
- Changing my name, age or email
- Tap your name on the You screen to correct your name and age. To change your email, write to us.
- Getting a copy of my data
- You screen → Download a copy of your data. It is a file you can save or send on.
- Deleting my account
- You screen → Delete your account. Your account, training, food and measurements are deleted at once. Feedback you sent is kept, with your name taken off it.
Ruth
- Who is Ruth?
- An AI assistant, not a person. She answers from your own training and food log. She does not diagnose or give medical advice.
- Does what I ask go anywhere?
- Only if you allow it. Then your question and your figures go to Anthropic, who make the Claude model behind her — not your name or email. You can turn this off on the You screen, and she answers from your phone instead.
- Ruth says she is answering from rules on the phone
- Either you have chosen that, she could not reach the model just then, or you have asked a lot of questions today — she is back to normal tomorrow.
Apple Health
With your permission the app reads your height and weight from Health and saves your finished sessions to it. To change that: iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Iron Years.
Text too small?
You screen → Text size. The app also follows the Text Size you set for your whole iPhone.
